Meet Our Management Team:

S.K Nanjappan

Founder & Managing Director

Mr.Nanjappan is the Founder and Managing Director of KLM. He has a vast experience in the textile industry and has numerous successful projects to his cap

He looks after all the technical development and guides us to excel in all that we do.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile technology from AC Tech, Chennai and has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Karthik Nanjappan

Director – Business Development

Karthik is responsible for promoting KLM products in technical textiles. He focuses on building client relationships & developing new avenues. He also drives other quality initiatives to improve product delivery at KLM

He is an experienced Program Management professional with proven expertise in managing large programs, leading high performing cross-functional teams in highly agile and globally distributed environments. 

His current focus is to drive agile based product delivery for his top-clients taking KLM to deliver world class quality standards.

He is based out of Dallas, Texas

Karthik received his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kumaraguru college of Engineering (Anna University) at Coimbatore & did his Post graduation in Enterprise Management from IIM Bangalore. 

Ramaa Nanjappan

Director – Finance

Ramaa is the CFO of KLM. She is responsible for the financial well-being of KLM. She has received an MBA in finance and is a CPA from USA.

She has 25 years experience in accounts and finance.

She likes to keep a low profile but can be persistent in making sure that things are done in the right way by getting into the details till the yarnest level.
